Nexudoc LLC (“us”, “we” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals about whom we collect personal information (“user”, “you” or “your”). Are services are intended for members of the United States military. We do not market to or intend to solicit individuals under the age of 18 nor we do we knowingly collect personal information form children under the age of 18. We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH INTERNET ACTIVITIES
In order for you to register as a user and access certain portions of our website, and our online services (including any mobile applications and social media networks/pages), and if you communicate with us by e-mail or otherwise complete online forms or the like, we may obtain your IP address and require you to provide us or our authorized service providers with information that personally identifies you as described in the chart in Section 2 above, including any account number that we assign to you which may be retained and used by us as described in this Privacy Notice.

In such an event, you will not be able to access or use those portions of the website or services or participate in certain online activities that require your personal information. You may still use the website to browse information about the website and services.

Web beacons (also known as clear GIF files or pixel tags)
A web beacon (also known as a clear GIF file or pixel tag) is a small, usually transparent (that is, not visible) image embedded on a website/web page, or in an email, and is activated when you visit the website or open the email. Web beacons are used to track user behavior and to learn what content users access (e.g., what pages are visited and what content is reviewed). We participate in various social media services, such as Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. Our software application is available to you from the Apple store and Google Play. We do not control, nor are we responsible, for their personal information collection and use practices, including sharing of personal information they collect. You should review the privacy policies of any social media sites and app stores you access to understand their practices with regard to your personal information.

5. HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We have put in place security measures intended to protect the personal information we process. 7. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers allow you to automatically notify websites you visit not to track you, by using a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many websites and online services, we currently do not alter our practices when we receive a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser. We are located in the United States of America (“USA”). If you utilize our Services from a country other than the country where you are located, your communications and transactions with us with us may result in transferring your personal information across international borders. While that personal information is primarily processed and stored in the USA, it also may be accessed, processed and stored in locations outside the USA, including locations that might not be in the country where you are located. For example, we share your personal information with our service providers, who process and store your personal information where their operations are located, which could be outside of the country where you are located. The USA and other countries where your personal information could be accessed, processed or stored may not have privacy and data protection laws and enforcement procedures equivalent to the laws of the country where you are located.
